"Imperfect People...Serving the Perfect God...Fulfilling His Perfect Plan..."
If you are reading this, let me begin by saying thanks for visiting our site. This motto serves as more than just some catch phrase for our church. It is my hope and prayer that with this motto we will remind ourselves first as well as others that we are still works in progress. "Imperfect People..." We are grateful for God's grace in our lives, His grace that saves us as well as keeps us. The word declares there is NONE righteous NO NOT ONE. I pray that as we engage to worship Him(God) that we always come before Him remembering that without Him we are NOTHING and that through His Grace we have what we have and are who we are. Let me be clear, just because we start this journey broken and lost, it doesn't mean we have to stay that way. God meets us in our sins and brokenness ONLY to lift us out of that condition. We may be Imperfect people but through God's power God can change us. The Second part of the motto is that we are "Serving..". May Greater Enoch Grove be defined as a church that serves. Jesus said of Himself "I didn't come to be served but to serve..." Our goal is not to serve the agenda of the world or even that of the Pastor but the agenda of God. Finally, It is my hope that In so doing we would fulfill His Plan. God has a purpose and plan for Greater Enoch Grove, may all that we do honor that plan. God Bless and Keep all that read this.
